MusuvilLC offers refunds for subscription plans under the following conditions:
If eligible, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Yearly subscriptions (which include a discounted rate) are also eligible for refund within 3 days of purchase only.
After the 3-day window, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
Wallet top-ups under the Pay-As-You-Go billing model are non-refundable.
Once funds are added to your wallet balance, they are considered final and can only be used for MusuvilLC services.
Additional services such as:
are non-refundable once activated or used.
If purchased as part of a subscription, they follow the same 3-day refund window as the main subscription plan.
No refunds will be issued if:
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
